Key Responsibilities

  • High-Volume Claims Processing: Accurately perform high-volume data entry of customer claim information from source documents/claims files into our affiliate portal.
  • Adherence to Unit Times: Strictly adhere to and meet pre-defined unit times for each task and consistently work toward meeting daily/weekly processing targets.
  • Data Integrity & Maintenance: Proactively monitor and update claim statuses upon receiving results, ensuring all records in the portal are current, accurate, and comply with company standards.
  • Administrative Support: Manage documentation and filing related to claims, ensuring electronic files are organized and easily accessible.
  • Written Communication: Utilize excellent knowledge of the English language to ensure clarity and professionalism in all written correspondence (internal notes, emails, and portal documentation).


Essential Skills and Experience

  • PC & Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel for data organization, tracking, and basic reporting.
  • Typing Speed & Accuracy: Proven fast and accurate key typing speed is essential for high-volume, time-sensitive data entry.
  • Language Skills: Excellent knowledge of the English language (vocabulary and grammar) for professional documentation and communication.
  • Focus & Resilience: High degree of focus on targets and the resilience to maintain accuracy and speed during repetitive, high-volume tasks.
  • Multitasking: Confidence using a PC and the ability to navigate multiple systems and manage tasks simultaneously while maintaining data accuracy.
  • Positive Attitude: An enthusiastic, positive attitude and a commitment to meticulous work that supports our customer resolution process.


How You'll Demonstrate This

  • A wealth of experience working in a back-office administration or high-volume data processing environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in a role requiring strict adherence to SLA's or unit times.
  • Experience in claims processing, transaction processing, or financial administration would be a significant benefit.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
