As our brand continues to grow, we're looking for a smart and energetic Digital Marketing Coordinator to amplify our market presence. If you love home decor, have a sharp creative eye, live and breathe social media and performance marketing, and can authentically represent our brand both online and in-person—you might be the one!

Key Responsibilities:

• Launch digital ad campaigns across social, SMS, and email to support our DTC site and drive engagement, sales, and brand awareness.
• Run A/B tests to identify high-performing content that drives revenue.
• Analyze campaign and brand performance, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Stay on top of industry trends, competitive activity, and keyword research to keep our marketing efforts sharp and effective.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience running paid ads on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Pinterest, Attentive, and Klaviyo.
• Bonus: Experience with Shopify, SMS marketing, Connected TV (MNTN, Tatari, TVscientific), Direct Mail, Sigma, or PowerBI.
• Skilled in analyzing large data sets to identify trends and customer insights.
• Proficient in UTM parameter setup and tracking.
• Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and meets deadlines with accuracy.
• Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-driven team player.
• Comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
