- Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously.
- Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations upon request.
- Take and serve food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in periodically and promptly addressing any issues.
- Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware, and glasses.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Process payments and handle cash or credit transactions accurately.
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist in opening, closing, and general maintenance duties.
Syarat-syarat
- Previous experience as a waiter or in a customer service role preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A positive attitude and a team-oriented approach.
