  • Prepare and transmit documents to relevant parties
  • Collect and consolidate documentation from service providers for invoice preparation
  • Proofread and review logistics documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Coordinate with transport and delivery service providers to monitor incoming shipments and ensure on-time delivery
  • Process and manage all documentation for incoming shipments
  • Liaise with the warehouse provider to ensure accurate inventory management, proper storage, and timely order fulfillment
  • Create and manage documentation workflows using SAP
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in logistics, documentation, or supply chain
  • Strong background in logistics coordination
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage
  • Knowledgeable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Fully onsite in Makati Office
