The Record Staff is responsible in printing the daily census and statuses such as fit for sea duty, fit to work, and fit with restriction, along with PEME (Pre-Employment Medical Examination) certificates and their attachments. It includes safekeeping all completed client forms, ensuring the completeness of PEME attachments, and submitting reports on time. Additionally, the position requires managing the supplies needed for printing PEME certificates and performing other duties as assigned.
