Penerangan

Responsible for conducting employee welfare activities to promote a conducive and harmonious work environment. Facilitates grievances and disciplinary concerns within the company. Processes compliance with Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) requirements.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job (Human Resources, Legal Management, or Psychology is preferred)
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in Employee Relations
  • Can start ASAP on our head office at ARCA South, Taguig City.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Facilitates grievance administration and employee discipline processing by ensuring compliance to due process.
  • Ensures complete and proper documentation of discipline files.
  • Conducts employee exit interviews to gather feedback and insights for specific or general improvements of the Company.
  • Facilitates DOLE compliance on labor standards.
  • Administer compliance to the Code of Discipline among employees.
  • Administers the social media communication platform, as assigned
  • Prepares monthly reports.
  • Assist in developing and implementing employee engagement programs in collaboration with the Immediate Head and/or concerned parties (i.e. other departments, vendors, etc.)
  • Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
