JOB SUMMARY

The financial counselor will assist and explain financial information and determine prospective patients’ financial status. To provide education on the admission process of the hospital. He/she will educate patients on their financial obligations to the facility. A financial counselor will monitor and follow up with the patient's financial situation to ensure accuracy and completeness of the patient’s information.

QUALIFICATION

• Graduate of any 4-year course related to finance and Customer Service
• Knowledgeable in hospital setting, admission, communication and customer service
• Multitasking, flexibility with strong emotional intelligence, and empathy
• Willing to work night shift and weekends
