Job Description:

Are you a motivated and experienced recruiter looking for an opportunity to shape the future of a new recruitment agency? JWC Consultancy is seeking Freelance Recruiters to be part of our founding team and help us build our reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the full spectrum of recruitment from business development, sourcing of candidates, fulfilment of job orders and after sales support.
• Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Conduct phone, video or face to face interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for client positions.
• Present qualified candidates to clients and manage the interview and selection process.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates and clients.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions.

• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a remote or freelance capacity.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and shape your role within our growing agency.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Motivated, self-driven, and adaptable to change.
• Possess a CEI License
