Description
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems including plumbing, HVAC, and electrical.
- Conduct inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Work collaboratively with other staff to ensure a safe and functional environment.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: No formal degree required; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in maintenance or cleaning roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in general cleaning techniques, knowledgeable in basic maintenance tasks.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Conduct routine cleaning and maintenance tasks, assist in repairs, and ensure a safe and maintained environment.
- Working Conditions: Varied environments, including indoor and outdoor settings, may involve physical labor.
- Qualities and Traits: Dependable, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
