Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for managing complex projects and delivering results? We are looking for a Home-Based Project Manager to join a fast-growing U.S.-based company. In this role, you will lead and coordinate project activities, ensuring all aspects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standard. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to drive successful project execution from start to finish.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Coordinate cross-functional team efforts to meet project deadlines, requirements, and milestones.
• Act as a central point of contact for project updates, escalations, and deliverables.
• Prepare and present status reports by gathering and analyzing relevant project information.
• Submit and review project deliverables for accuracy, completeness, and quality standards.
• Manage change requests and ensure all team members are informed of adjustments.
• Track and manage customer satisfaction during and after project implementation.
• Lead meetings with internal teams and clients to identify and resolve project issues.
• Oversee ERP-related project implementation and processes.
• Document project workflows, create user manuals and training guides as necessary.
• Identify and explore opportunities for process improvement and client engagement.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successful elements and areas for improvement.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

• Education: College degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
• Experience: At least 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role.
• Certifications: PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
• Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills with knowledge of formal project management methodologies.
• Language Proficiency: Very proficient in spoken and written English.
• Work Schedule: Available to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or during US business hours.

• Salary Range: Php 35,000 - Php 45,000
