Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Hotel Sales and Reservations professional. Responsibilities include managing reservations, providing excellent customer service, handling receptionist duties, and supporting food and beverage services. Daily tasks involve communication with guests, processing bookings, addressing inquiries, and promoting our unique hospitality offerings. The role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills
• Experience in Reservations and Customer Service
• Experience with Receptionist Duties
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage services
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus
