HR Lead (Generalist)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Lead to oversee and manage all core HR functions — from recruitment to employee relations. This is a generalist role suited for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and can drive people initiatives that align with company growth.

• Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
• Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and programs.
• Manage employee relations, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
• Coordinate training, engagement, and development initiatives.
• Oversee payroll preparation, timekeeping, and compliance with labor regulations.
• Act as the point person for all employee-related matters and HR documentation.
• Partner with leadership to support organizational culture and workforce planning.

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• At least 4–6 years of HR generalist experience, with exposure to both strategic and operational HR work.
• Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus.
