  • Source, interview, and recommend qualified candidates.
  • Prepare job descriptions, employment contracts, and offer letters.
  • Process job applications and facilitate pre-employment requirements.
  • Onboard new hires and ensure smooth integration into the company.
  • Create and maintain accurate employee records, including employment contracts and onboarding documents.
  • Track and manage employee attendance, leaves, and absences.
  • Update HR databases and employee files regularly.
  • Identify employee training needs and opportunities.
  • Maintain a list of training and development programs.
  • Organize internal and external training sessions to enhance employee performance.
  • Compute and process payroll accurately and on time.
  • Handle petty cash reimbursements and related financial documentation.
  • Administer government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and ensure compliance.
  • Address employee concerns, grievances, and disputes professionally and confidentially.
  • Promote positive employee relations and a collaborative work environment.
  • Draft and issue company memos, verbal/written warnings, Notices to Explain (NTE), and Notices of Decision as part of the disciplinary process.
  • Promote and uphold the company's mission, vision, and values.
  • Assist in planning and executing culture-building activities and programs.
  • Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws, company policies, and ethical standards.
  • Monitor and maintain workplace safety procedures and assist in occupational health programs.
  • General Administrative TasksPerform administrative duties such as filing, answering employee queries, preparing HR reports, and supporting other departments as needed.
  • Handle any other HR-related tasks assigned from time to time.


Syarat-syarat

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and HRIS (an advantage).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
