  • To be Specific: "HR Sourcing Assistant" assists in finding and attracting potential candidates to meet an organization's staffing needs. This role involves identifying, contacting, and engaging with candidates, often using online platforms and networking to build a strong talent pipeline. Key duties include reviewing resumes, collaborating with hiring managers, and maintaining candidate databases within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Key Responsibilities of an HR Sourcing Assistant.

Candidate Identification and Engagement:

  • Identify potential candidates through various sourcing channels, including online job boards, professional networking sites, and social media
  • Reach out to potential candidates, engaging them in the recruitment process and building a positive candidate experience.
  • Conduct initial screenings of resumes and online profiles, pre-selecting qualified candidates for hiring managers.

Sourcing and Recruitment Support:

  • Assist with crafting and posting job advertisements on various platforms.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand specific requirements for each role.
  • Help with scheduling interviews and managing the interview process.
  • Provide support with background checks and reference verification.

Database Management and Reporting:

  • Maintain and update the ATS with candidate information, ensuring accurate and organized records.
  • Prepare reports and analyses on sourcing efforts and candidate pipeline data.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Handle administrative tasks such as copying, faxing, and taking notes.
  • Provide general support to the HR department and recruitment team.

Building Relationships:

  • Maintain relationships with hiring managers, external business partners, and potential candidates.
  • Actively seek referrals from internal and external networks.

Process Improvement:

  • Assist with improving sourcing and recruitment processes and systems.
  • Participate in process improvements and system enhancements within the HR team.

Syarat-syarat

Qualifications:

  • High School Graduate or College Graduate
  • Preferably has Experience in Advertising.
  • Preferably has Experience in Product Promoter, Brand Ambassador, Team Leader in Projects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using HR software and ATS.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of recruitment principles and practices.
  • Data entry and reporting skills.
  • Familiarity with sourcing and recruitment best practices.
