GEMECO’s customers include: Angel Milk, Alaska Milk, 555 Sardines, Argentina Corned Beef, Century Tuna, Ligo Sardines, Purefoods Hormel - San Miguel, Swift, Virginia Foods, and Youngstown.

The position will be mainly assigned to handle timekeeping and employee relations functions of HR Department and additional administrative functions according to the needs of the department.

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• Human Resources: 2 years (Preferred)

• BS Psychology / Behavioral Science / Human Resources Development Management graduate or its equivalent
• Knowledgeable in general HR functions.
• Experience in Performance Management and Training is advantage but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Team player, with positive work attitude and good interpersonal skills
• At least 1 year Experience in the HR field.
