We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Staff to support day-to-day IT operations, including hardware/software troubleshooting, network maintenance, system monitoring, and basic web-related tasks. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in IT support and basic knowledge of web design to assist with website updates and internal systems.

• Provide first-level support for hardware, software, printer, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment such as computers, routers, and other peripherals.
• Monitor system performance and security, and perform regular updates and backups.
• Maintain internal documentation of IT procedures, inventory, and service records.
• Assist in managing internal systems such as email setup, shared drives, and user accounts.
• Collaborate with teams to support software applications used by various departments.
• Perform basic website updates (content, images, layout adjustments).
• Coordinate with web developers or external providers for web system needs.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and data privacy standards.
• Support users in IT-related training or on-boarding.

l Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

l At least 1 year of experience in IT support or technical assistance.

l Basic knowledge of web design (HTML, CSS, WordPress or similar platforms).

l Familiarity with networking, hardware setup, and Windows OS troubleshooting.

l Good communication and problem-solving skills.

l Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

l Trustworthy, responsible, and detail-oriented.

l Willing to work on-site and assist different branches as needed.
