·      You are expected to be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the computer systems as well as the networks of the company, ensuring appliances and equipment are always in good using condition.

·      Following up & implementing security policies from Headquarter & reporting all security activities to line Manager;

·      Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems (servers, computers, laptops, printers, …) ensure smooth running and well maintenances;

·      Connecting with the ISP (Internet, Voice, Cloud Server…) to manage and maintain local network;

·      Controlling Internet systems, telephone system and office appliances and machines;

·      Resolving of incidents raised by end users or monitoring tools;

·      Planning future improvements, suggesting IT upgrade solutions to the Superior

·      Good solving skills;

·      Teamwork and communication skill;

·      Willing to learn & take responsibilities;

·      Good adaptability & hardworking (overtime working required with payment);

·       Supportive & customer service-oriented.
