Schedule: Night shift  

  • This is a Work-from-Office opportunity in Davao.
  • An opportunity exists for a Digital Campaign Operations Coordinator for a cutting-edge US-based research firm dedicated to providing insightful market intelligence and strategic analysis to empower businesses and investors.  The Digital Campaign Operations Coordinator will use their knowledge of HTML and platforms to efficiently develop high quality landing pages and email templates.
  • Create a high-volume of landing pages and emails using standard templates
  • Develop landing pages and emails outside of existing templates to meet custom requirements
  • Serve as the internal expert for landing page and email design platforms 
  • Ensure adherence to all regional compliance, privacy and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to seamlessly execute requests and make requested changes 
  • Manage requests and maintain status in tracking reports and Asana 
  • Ensure all processes are well-documented and up-to-date in instruction manuals

Syarat-syarat

Qualification and requirements:

  • Willing to work full-time night shift
  • At least 1 year of experience in a BPO environment/office environment
  • Must be punctual and report to work in an on-site environment as scheduled
  • At least 2-5 years of relevant work experience producing HTML landing pages and emails
  • Proficient in Asana, Unbounce, BeeFree, Google Sheets is preferred
  • Extraordinary attention to detail and organizational ability
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication
  • Experience creating business processes and supporting documentation
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Extremely detail-oriented and organized
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Tech-savvy and able to learn new programs and systems quickly
  • Works well in a team and effectively interacts with others
