The Logistics Costing Supervisor will lead a team within the Global Logistics operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and service excellence. This role oversees documentation, costing, and order management processes while driving team performance, process improvements, and customer satisfaction. The position requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills to maintain high-quality standards and operational consistency.

  • Lead and manage a team of documentation representatives and analysts to meet productivity, quality, and service targets.
  • Allocate resources effectively to maintain operational efficiency and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and review team outputs, ensuring all documentation and services are accurate, complete, and on time.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders—including origin and regional offices—to understand needs and align solutions.
  • Implement and support new initiatives, system enhancements, and process improvements.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement through coaching and performance management.
  • For the OMS/Costing function: apply financial understanding to support costing and order management activities.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Logistics Management or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in logistics or a similar industry, including 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Proven ability to lead teams of 10 or more members in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other digital productivity tools.
  • Experience in shared services or logistics operations preferred.
  • Immediate availability is an advantage.

  • Ensure all outputs meet service level agreements (SLAs) for timeliness, accuracy, and completeness.
  • Track and resolve pending items promptly with clear internal communication.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction through consistent service delivery.
  • Drive process optimization and operational excellence initiatives.
  • Strengthen customer relationships through proactive engagement and value-added services.
