• Assist in setting up, operating, and monitoring machines.
• Load/unload materials and perform basic quality checks.
• Perform basic quality checks on output to identify defects and report issues to supervisors.
• Conduct routine machine maintenance, cleaning and follow safety protocols.
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and escalate complex problems to senior operators or maintenance staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate or undergraduate of Mechanical Engineering, or holder of a Technical-Vocational Certificate in Engineering or related Mechanical field
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, machine operation, or production line work
• Background in assisting machine operators and performing basic equipment maintenance
• Possesses basic mechanical aptitude
• Strong attention to detail, safety consciousness, and physical stamina
• Reliable, trainable, and willing to learn
• Open-minded and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment
• Willing to render overtime when necessary
