The Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive attendance and engagement in the company’s training programs and learning events. This role focuses on generating leads, filling program seats, securing event sponsors, and managing online visibility through social media campaigns and community engagement.

The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and results-driven — with a passion for promoting learning experiences and building relationships with clients, participants, and sponsors.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Program Marketing and Promotions

  • Develop and implement marketing plans for training programs and learning events to achieve participant targets.
  • Create compelling promotional materials (digital ads, email campaigns, flyers, posters, etc.).
  • Execute lead generation activities through online and offline channels.
  • Coordinate with the training team to align messaging and ensure effective audience targeting.


2. Sponsorship Development

  • Identify and approach potential sponsors aligned with the company’s training themes and audience.
  • Prepare sponsorship proposals and partnership decks.
  • Maintain relationships with sponsors to ensure long-term collaboration.
  • Track sponsorship performance and deliverables post-event.


3. Social Media and Digital Marketing

  • Manage all social media accounts (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) including content planning, posting, and analytics tracking.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to online inquiries about training programs and events.
  • Run and monitor paid campaigns to boost reach, engagement, and seat sales.
  • Maintain consistency of brand tone, look, and message across all platforms.


4. Community Engagement

  • Build and nurture relationships within online learning and HR communities to increase brand visibility.
  • Support cross-promotional efforts with partner organizations, speakers, and industry influencers.


5. Reporting and Analytics

  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics (engagement, leads, conversion rates, ROI).
  • Provide insights and recommendations for campaign improvement.
