• We are looking for an experienced Network Operations Center (NOC) Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in software- or website-based network monitoring, website alerts—with a focus on using monitoring platforms and tools, rather than hardware or physical connectivity.
• Monitor applications, servers, and systems through dedicated network monitoring software or dashboards
• Detect, assess, and respond to alerts and performance issues using web-based monitoring tools
• Perform initial troubleshooting and escalate software-related issues when necessary
• Log and update incidents accurately using ticketing systems
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent application and system performance
• Participate in scheduled maintenance and operational change implementations
• Support international clients and adhere to global operational standards

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• Direct hands-on experience in a Network Operations Center (NOC) environment
• Skilled in:
• Using web-based or software-driven network monitoring tools
• Ticketing systems and incident escalation processes
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to quickly identify and report anomalies
• Professional communication skills in both written and verbal formats
• Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig
• Open to a shifting schedule
• Can start immediately

Important: Applicants without relevant NOC experience, particularly in website or software-based monitoring environments, will not be prioritized, as the client requires someone with direct, hands-on experience.
