Job Summary:

The Department Manager plans, directs, controls, supervises, manages and coordinates all OD-related activities to ensure that its functions and responsibilities are properly carried out. He/She is responsible in evaluating the performance of staff against standards; provides human resource development interventions to address performance gaps and prepares staff for higher jobs, sees to it that established rules and regulations affecting the department are adhered to; finds ways to enhance systems and procedures to enable the team to perform their jobs effectively and efficiently; and assumes the supervisory functions of higher level supervisor in his/her absence; Areas of responsibility encompass organization development programs and interventions.

Syarat-syarat

Education:

Master’s degree OR Certificate in Leadership and Management from the CSC OR CES/CSE Eligibility


Experience:

Five (5) years of supervisory/management experience


Training:

120 hours of supervisory/managerial training/learning and development intervention OR minimum of 60 hours of supervisory/management training/learning and development intervention AND maximum of 60 hours of technical training programs related to:
