We are looking for a highly driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting outbound and inside sales activities, engaging warm leads, and converting interest into closed deals. You'll use a mix of phone calls, chats, CRM systems, and other digital tools to trace leads, build relationships, and hit monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups with prospective buyers.
• Use probing questions to understand customer needs and match them with the right vehicle.
• Build rapport, inspire confidence, and professionally represent Automart.PH.
• Manage and update leads, activities, and notes in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with other departments (warehouse, social media, on-ground teams) to ensure seamless buyer experience.
• Demonstrate ownership and initiative in closing deals and hitting KPIs.
