We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead the strategy and delivery of SaaS applications within our Corporate Systems portfolio. This role requires a balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution, working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that drive business value.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst, preferably in enterprise SaaS environments
• Product Owner certification (e.g., CSPO, SAFe PO/PM) preferred
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with attention to detail
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, or similar platforms

Responsibilities:

Product Ownership & Strategy

• Define product vision, manage backlog, and guide teams through the product lifecycle
• Lead end-to-end SaaS product lifecycle within Corporate Systems
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and align product goals

Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as the primary contact for internal stakeholders
• Facilitate reviews, demos, and feedback sessions

Agile Delivery

• Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements
• Partner with POD team for timely, high-quality delivery

Vendor & SaaS Management

• Evaluate and manage third-party SaaS vendors
• Ensure compliance with SLAs, security standards, and integration requirements

Compliance & Risk

• Ensure solutions meet compliance standards
• Collaborate with InfoSec and Compliance teams on data governance and risk mitigation
