About the Role:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field) is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production management role within the food and beverage industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and motivating production teams.
• Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling, and quality control principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be willing to work 100% onsite in Quezon City or Manila City and be assigned to a shifting schedule.
