We're seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in the successful delivery of strategic initiatives. This role demands strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills to plan, execute, and oversee complex projects from inception to completion. 


Responsibilities: 

  1. Lead and coordinate all phases of project planning, execution, and delivery to ensure alignment with business goals. 
  2. Oversee resource allocation, scheduling, and budget tracking to ensure timely and cost-effective outcomes. 
  3. Manage stakeholder communication and expectations, acting as the main liaison among clients, product teams, and developers. 
  4. Identify project risks, propose mitigation strategies, and adapt to changing requirements or priorities. 
  5. Monitor and report on key project performance indicators such as timeline, scope, quality, and budget adherence. 
  6. Oversee release management activities including UAT coordination, documentation, client demos, and release communication. 
  7. Facilitate project ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and stand-ups. 
  8. Coach and mentor junior project team members, promoting knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement. 
  9. Ensure compliance with internal project governance standards and contribute to process improvement initiatives. 
  10. Perform other duties or special projects as assigned by senior leadership. 


Syarat-syarat

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, IT, or a related field 
  • 3–5 years of project management experience, ideally in a cross-functional or Agile environment 
  • Strong leadership and communication skills 
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities 
  • Proficiency in tools such as Asana, Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project 
  • Solid problem-solving and organizational abilities 
  • Familiarity with budgeting and scheduling best practices 


Nice to Have: 

  • PMP, Prince2, or Agile/Scrum certification 
  • Background in software development lifecycles or digital product management 
  • Experience leading remote or distributed teams 
  • Exposure to change management or organizational transformation initiatives 
  • Financial forecasting and reporting knowledge 
  • Ability to coach and build high-performing teams
