• Develop, execute, and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Perform functional, regression, and user acceptance testing on new and existing features.
• Identify, document, and track bugs using tools.
• Collaborate with developers to verify bug fixes and perform re-testing.
• Ensure quality standards are met before product release.
• Provide detailed QA reports and documentation for every deployment.
• Suggest improvements to enhance user experience and application reliability.
• (For hybrid QA) Automate repetitive test cases using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Postman.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience as a QA Engineer or Software Tester.
• Experience testing web-based applications (knowledge of Laravel framework is a plus).
• Familiarity with test and defect management tools.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with developers and project managers.
• (Optional but preferred) Experience in API testing (Postman) or automation testing.
