About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Engineer with a solid background in test automation. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about quality assurance, loves to break things (in the best way), and wants to shape the testing strategy of mission-critical applications.

You’ll lead and contribute to the development of automated test suites, collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders, and play a key role in building scalable and reliable testing frameworks.

• Lead the QA automation team, guiding members in best practices, process improvements, and technical growth.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks.
• Create and refine QA processes to enhance efficiency and ensure consistent testing standards.
• Implement automated test cases across functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Collaborate with Developer and understand requirements, define effective testing strategies.
• Develop, execute, and maintain end-to-end test scripts.
• Detect, document, and manage bugs and issues using tools like JIRA, and ensure timely resolutions.
• Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality.
• Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline to support continuous testing.
• Share knowledge, mentor team members, and foster a culture of continuous learning and quality excellence.

Qualifications:

• Senior Level - 5+ years of experience as QA Engineer
• Experience in creating and maintaining automation framework (Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, etc.)
• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript or similar scripting languages.
• Familiar with test frameworks like JUnit, TestNG or Bugzilla.
• Understanding of QA methodologies, testing types, and best practices.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or similar.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
