• To work and co-ordinate with design/construction teams for all Electrical installation and system requirement matters.
• Experience in lighting control, smart home, building automation, security and intercom systems must.
• Manage end-to-end tendering processes for architect, interiors, contracts, prepare and submit tender quotations, progress claims and also acting as the primary electrical lead.
• Liaise with Project Manager and prepare documents for electrical testing, rectify and repair electrical issues at site.
• Adhere to building construction procedures and safe work practices to ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship and meeting the stringent requirements conducted during site tests and inspections.
• Monitor projects activities to ensure timely delivery and low wastage.
• The Electrical Quantity Surveyor should be capable of costing and agreeing daily work changes to include managing the subcontractor re-measurement of contract works, site day-works and site change orders.
• Maintain accurate records and provide necessary detailed backup to support commercial tracking and costing.

• Candidate possesses a Diploma or Degree certificate in Electrical Engineering with AutoCAD and BIM knowledge.
• Minimum 1 years of lighting automation or electrical industry working experience is must.
• Familiar and able to read lighting, audio/Video, electrical, Extra Low Voltage (ELV) and security system drawings.
• Good understanding of electrical, ELV and security system specifications and contract documents.
• Good knowledge of the architect, structure, mechanical and electrical drawing readings.
• Candidates able to work independently.
• AutoCAD/BIM/Revit Knowledge will be an advantage
