Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Recruitment Specialist at Quebracho NBO - Sun Life of Canada (Phil.), Inc. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processing of applicants (such as but not limited to sourcing, interviewing, communication, and training). The role involves identifying and attracting top talent to contribute to the organization's growth and success.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant experience (advantageous but not required)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting
• Knowledge of best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or any related field
