• Review and analyze medical records and patient information as required by the account
• Provide clinical support and insights in line with company standards and healthcare guidelines
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate documentation and quality service delivery
• Participate in training, coaching, and continuous learning to maintain high-quality performance
• Uphold patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and data privacy regulations

Job Requirements

• Must be a Registered Nurse (PHRN) in the Philippines
• With at least 1 year of bedside or clinical experience
• BPO experience is an advantage but not required
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
• No USRN license required
