  • Manage and process all reservation requests and inquiries.
  • Ensure accuracy of booking details and follow up on payments.
  • Coordinate with clients to capture special requests and preferences.
  • Maintain organized records of bookings and cancellations.

  • Assist in administrative tasks as required.

Syarat-syarat

  • Educational Qualifications: A Diploma in Business Administration or relevant field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years in a reservation or administrative role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in reservation software.
