Requirements:

• Finished High School or Senior High School with at least 1 year experience in BPO industry

• College graduates with no experience are welcome to apply

• Basic English communication skills

• Well-versed in local language (Tagalog/Filipino)

• Amendable working on a shifting schedule (dayshift, midshift, GY shift)

• Amendable working on site in Ortigas Center, Pasig City

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional support to delivery riders via calls, chats, and emails

• Assist with inquiries related to deliveries, app navigation, payments, and account issues

• Troubleshoot technical concerns and escalate complex cases as needed

• Ensure timely and accurate resolution of rider concerns

• Maintain a professional and empathetic tone in all interactions

• Log and document interactions following account-specific protocols

• Collaborate with internal teams to improve rider experience

• Meet performance metrics including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
