Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Maintain a deep understanding of elevator products, services, and technologies to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and expand market presence.
• Prepare and present proposals, including pricing and specifications, to clients.
• Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for growth.
• Work closely with operation teams to ensure customer requirements are met
• Conduct follow-ups with client's post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Ensures inventories are maintained in good shape and quality

Qualifications:

·        Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration and other related courses are preferred.

·        Fresh Graduates are welcome and are encouraged to apply with related experience.

·        Must have good communication skills to utilize important key responsibilities such as negotiations, customer service, and product knowledge

·        Must be proficient in MS Office
