- What you'll be doing
- Delivering a world-class customer experience by assisting shoppers and building strong relationships
- Demonstrating and explaining product features and benefits to customers
- Achieving personal and team sales targets through suggestive selling and effective customer engagement
- Maintaining store presentation and visual merchandising standards
- Handling cash and card transactions accurately and processing returns as needed
- Providing feedback to management on customer preferences and market trends
Syarat-syarat
- What we're looking for
- At least 2 years' experience in a customer-facing retail or sales role, ideally within the luxury goods sector
- Passion for providing outstanding customer service and a naturally friendly, helpful demeanour
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers and build rapport
- Excellent product knowledge and a keen eye for visual merchandising and store presentation
- Enthusiasm for achieving sales targets and a proactive, target-driven mindset
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required
