Penerangan

Act as the primary point-of-contact for in-store customers, delivering outstanding customer service.
Drive sales through knowledgeable communication about products and services.
Maintain a thorough understanding of all inventory to answer customer inquiries and make recommendations.
Support daily store operations, including inventory management and ensuring store cleanliness.
Collaborate with the MKS Workforce Management Services Inc. team to meet targets and contribute to recruitment industry insights.
Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School degree minimum; further education in sales/marketing is a plus.
Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in retail sales or customer service.
Skills and Competencies:Excellent communication and public speaking skills
Proficiency in sales and customer management
Ability to demonstrate strong sales techniques and product knowledge
Strong work ethic and reliability
Responsibilities and Duties: Engage with customers to understand their needs and assist them with purchases
Meet sales targets and contribute to store profitability
Handle transactions and ensure accurate cash management
Maintain presentation of sales floor, products, signage, and displays
Working Conditions: Retail environment with standard retail hours, including weekends and holidays; physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds.
