Our client, a international HR solution service provider specialising in PEO and HR outsourcing seeks to hire Senior Regional HR Consultant (to based KL).

• Work directly with regional teams and other key 3rd party partners to best serve our customers.
• Support preparation of monthly payroll reports across multiple regions.
• Support onboarding/offboarding of EOR employees across multiple regions.
• Manage relationships with key clients.
• Develop, document and maintain benefits procedures and cross-functional workflows in conjunction with our services.
• Use data to drive fact-based decision making to optimize our service offerings.
• Serve as a HR expert to support internal and external teams.

• Minimum Degree education qualification.
• Minimum 2 years HR operations or BPO experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication bilingually (English required), interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and changing environment, deal with ambiguity.
• Ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment with strong multitask skills.
• Experience in managing HR related projects/programs is preferred.
• Experience in MS office especially Excel, Word, etc.
