  • We are seeking a highly skilled Software Implementation Specialist to customize and configure Human Resources Information System (HRIS) solutions for our clients. In this role, you will demonstrate how purchased HRIS software works, assist with implementation, and provide ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction.
  • To succeed in this role, you should be proficient in various software solutions, have strong technical expertise, and work well within a team. Ultimately, an outstanding Software Implementation Specialist should exhibit exceptional analytical, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet with clients post-sale to gather data and requirements for HRIS customization.
  • Develop a detailed project plan for HRIS implementation, ensuring timely execution.
  • Communicate with clients throughout the software customization process, incorporating feedback.
  • Configure and customize HRIS based on client specifications.
  • Train clients on the functionality of HRIS software and custom system features.
  • Create documentation detailing all customizations and configurations made.
  • Ensure project teams are aligned on key HRIS implementation milestones.

Syarat-syarat

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in implementing and configuring business software (hosted and cloud-based).
  • Proven experience with HRIS implementation.
  • Strong technical expertise in software configuration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SQL database management.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
