Genesys is looking for a marketing technology expert to help build, optimize and monitor our core processes across the entire marketing funnel.
About this role:
Genesys’s Systems Analyst, for Marketing Systems & Data, will partner with our Demand Generation, Field Marketing, Sales Development, Partner, and Technology Vendor teams to overcome challenges around data capture, audience building, and campaign execution while also maintaining best practices in technical execution and data governance.
An ideal candidate would be highly motivated, have strong interpersonal communication skills, and a knack for getting things done.
Responsibilities:
- Be a trusted subject matter expert on our marketing technologies, processes, and integrations.
- Work closely with marketing leadership to acquire, manage, and prioritize technology requirements from across the marketing organization.
- Lead and collaborate with the marketing operations team, IT and partners to build and improve our marketing processes and integrations.
- Monitor for issues or potential improvements in existing processes and integrations.
- Communicate key procedures to marketing peers through documentation and education.
- Guide organization on building and maintaining a core database that enables high value data driven decision making.
Experience/Skills:
- Ability to work with others of varying technical backgrounds.
- Passion for automation and scalability.
- Self-motivated and self-organized.
- History of crafting efficient, resilient, and scalable processes that drive value in the marketing organization.
- Deep understanding of capabilities and best practices in Salesforce, Eloqua, and other integrated tools.
- Experience with python, SQL, and Tableau (or other similar technologies)
Qualifications
- At least 5-7 years of experience in managing/administrating marketing and sales technology (Salesforce, Eloqua, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, Technology, or another related field
