Position Summary:

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll manage the full recruitment process, ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience for candidates and hiring managers. You’ll collaborate with teams across the organization, provide coaching to new and existing hiring managers, and act as a key point of contact for Talent Acquisition guidance. Additionally, you'll contribute to recruitment operations projects to enhance overall efficiency.


This role will be based in our office in Makati, Manila. Employees are required to attend the office.


Who are you joining?

As part of the APAC team, you will be working with two awesome (self-approved) Talent Acquisition Partners based in Australia and Philippines, and a dedicated Talent Acquisition Manager to aid your professional growth. As a small team, we work together to meet the region's hiring needs, are consultative to our hiring managers, tackle all challenges thrown at us and have fun while doing so (most of the time). There will be challenges, there will be ambiguity, but you'll have us and the global team, to help you navigate as you learn to steer your boat the Pax8 way!


In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • End to end recruitment of qualified candidates: Interview, evaluate and recommend whether candidates are fit for positions, delivering a world class candidate experience as an ambassador for Pax8.
  • Partnering with internal teams to ensure service standards are met and priorities are clear. Regularly solicit feedback on recruiting services and helps resolve any issues between Talent Acquisition leadership and internal teams.
  • Collaborating with Talent Acquisition leadership to improve best practices and drive adoption of best practice standards, with peers and new hires.
  • Recommending recruitment process improvements and assist with implementing new technologies.
  • Ensuring recruiting process complies with legal requirements and guidelines.
  • Driving your own personal development and growth through learning paths, L&D programs, coaching, and stretch projects.


To thrive in this role, you must have:

  • Proven and progressive recruiting experience in both agency and in-house (preferably in a SaaS organisation).
  • Strong understanding of corporate recruiting processes including knowledge of own performance KPIs, and reporting metrics to help drive improvements.
  • Demonstrated business acumen with the ability to translate business priorities into recruiting priorities, campaigns and plans
  • Strong emotional intelligence, interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to effectively work and collaborate across departments and levels.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of staff and leadership.
  • An ability to be a goal-oriented, self-starter who can prioritise and achieve results in a rapid growth, business atmosphere.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems at an administrative level (we use Workday + Greenhouse).
