Installs and tests products to make sure they work correctly

Follows installation and operation manuals

Respond to service requests and repairs products

Uses diagnostic tools to determine repair plans

Teaches customers how to use their products

Escalate issues to managers promptly

Knows how to use the necessary tools and equipment

Writes service reports after every appointment

Collaborates with Manager and other service

Follows all company policies and procedures

Adhere to safety regulations and industry standards

An Associate degree or technical certificate in a relevant field is strongly preferred

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred

With valid driver's license is an advantage

Ability to use wide variety of tools

Ability to work well independently

Excellent customer service skills

Willingness to work beyond normal work hours as dictated by scheduling needs
