Penerangan
- Diagnose and repair The Platinum karaoke/audio products and other electronic appliances.
- Accurately report daily repair status and accomplishments to the supervisor or service coordinator.
- Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
- Ensure all repairs meet company quality standards and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.
- Use computer systems to log repairs and service updates.
- Provide feedback on recurring product issues or customer concerns.
Syarat-syarat
- Graduate of an Electronics-related technical or vocational course.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in diagnosing and repairing The Platinum audio and karaoke appliances.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to interpret technical documents and diagrams.
- Basic computer literacy; knowledge of software tools is an advantage.
- With good moral character and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to be assigned to Western Bicutan, Taguig City
