Summary:

Motivated and results-oriented telesales with experience in sales, marketing. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth through telesales efforts. Additionally, experience in CEO or marketing positions will be advantageous in understanding market trends, customer needs, and strategic business objectives.

 

Key Skills:

  • Cold calling and prospecting

  • Time management and organizational

  • Utilize effective sales techniques to build rapport, identify customer needs, and present solutions that align with their requirements.

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of company products/services, features, and benefits to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.

  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for revenue growth and business expansion.

  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management, including CEO, on telesales performance, key metrics, and sales pipeline status.

  • Continuously improve sales techniques, processes, and customer engagement strategies based on feedback, performance data, and industry best practices.

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and objections professionally and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

 

Requirements:

  • SHS Graduate or 2nd year College Level

  • 3 years of experience in Telesales or outbound B2B sales within the BPO industry.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong sales acumen and ability to drive revenue growth through proactive sales efforts.

  • Experience with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strategic thinking and ability to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
