Requirements

  • Minimum Job Requirements (Education, Experience, Skills):
  • Open to all Verizon Programs
  • Three (3) months passing scorecard
  • Attendance should be >90%
  • No active EICs, Escalations and CX Red Flags
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Great organization skills and the ability to work within tight deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills
