Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Training Specialist located in Taguig with some work from home flexibility. The Training Specialist will be responsible for delivering training programs, developing instructional materials, and assessing training needs. The specialist will also facilitate training sessions, monitor training effectiveness, and provide customer service support. Ensuring effective communication and maintaining training records are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Training & Development, and Training delivery
• Proficiency in Instructional Design
• LMS experience is a must
• Ability to assess training needs and develop training programs
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
