Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups across all our digital products to communicate design ideas effectively.
Develop and maintain a design system that will be consistently applied across all screens and platforms.
Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications that are intuitive and visually appealing.
Conduct user interviews, surveys, and competitive analysis to understand users' needs, preferences, and pain points.
Engage with customers on a daily basis to gather insights and feedback on our products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and evaluate feedback and iterate on designs.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to identify user pain points and design solutions to address them.

Syarat-syarat

Proven experience as a UI/UX designer or similar role.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Proficiency in design tools and collaboration tools such as Figma, Canva, Miro etc.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus.
Portfolio of previous design projects showcasing your UI/UX skills.
Relevant certifications in UI/UX design or related fields are desirable.
