As a Server, you’ll be the face of Southbank—greeting guests with a warm smile, guiding them through our menu, and ensuring they have a top-tier dining experience from start to finish. You’ll work closely with the rest of the team to maintain a smooth, enjoyable service.

1. Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
2. Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system
3. Deliver orders efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
5. Provide recommendations and upsell menu items when appropriate
6. Handle billing and payment transactions
7. Collaborate with team members and support other roles as needed

Requirements:

• No experience required.
• Previous experience in similar cafe or bar set up is a bonus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
