Responsible for the accurate counting and final checking of stock transfer receipts
Ensures Timely encoding and posting to NAVISION (Inventory system) accurate inventory data from received Shipment and Pull out.
Helps in the preparation of receipts, summary of deliveries, revision of direct delivery receipts and encoding of pull-out slip and reclassification
Coordinates properly with the concession department on the deliveries and other concerns.
Ensures the carton quantity, labels and description are correct against delivery receipts.
Promptly coordinates with warehouse personnel on floor all task & activities related to Receiving and Pull out.
Submits weekly report as required.
Other job responsibilities that may be assigned by the immediate head.

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree/College Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, or any computer related courses
At least 1-2 years experience in a related position and industry
Organized, detailed and good time management skills
Good customer Service skills and interpersonal skills
Willing to work physically in the Warehouse Office, Marikina-Pasig City boundary every Mondays to Saturdays
