Receive, inspect, and store incoming products in compliance with Halal handling standards
Conduct regular inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies
Ensure proper labeling, segregation, and storage of Halal and non-Halal goods (as per company policies)
Monitor stock levels and report shortages or overstocked items
Assist in loading, unloading, and dispatching of goods
Maintain cleanliness and order in the warehouse, ensuring it meets sanitary and Halal certification standards
Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jack, barcode scanner) safely and efficiently
Coordinate with purchasing and logistics teams for timely replenishment and deliveries
Prepare stock reports and participate in inventory audits

At least High School Graduate or Vocational Certificate; a degree in Logistics or related field is a plus
1–2 years experience in a Halal-certified warehouse or food-related warehouse environment
Knowledgeable in inventory control, stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO), and warehousing standards
Physically fit and capable of lifting moderate loads
Familiar with warehouse management systems (WMS) or basic computer tools (Excel, Inventory apps)
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to follow strict quality and cleanliness protocols
Basic understanding of Halal compliance requirements in warehousing and handling
Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays when needed
